I like the location, but Hotel needs to be upgraded to new beds, furniture, etc, it is really ugly. I don't like that all around are homeless and feels really unsafe

Filthy chairs, i had to cover w/newspaper in order to seat. Toilet seat cover wad broken, and never been replaced, smel of sewage was coming out of shower drain while showering. fridge very old, hadn't been cleaned for a while, smells awful. Very old bldg. Guests shouting, slaming doors. I dont recommend this hotel.

The t.v wasn’t working there was no Wi-Fi unless you were in the lobby and even then it didn’t work. Really bad service and the parking is a mess.

There is no air conditioning, at least there wasn’t any in my room. There was a fan, but it did not help a ton in cooling down the room. The door did not have the safety latch on it and I was terrified all night that someone would be able to walk into my room. There was no wifi and the beds feel like they are going to collapse under you when you lay down.

No.ac. bad service.
No ac, which isnt always.a problem but there was a huge heat wave at the time. Mybwallet was stolen so i only had a copy of my passport and a picture on my phone of my DL. The front desk made me walk to the store with all of my luggage to make them a copy of the DL. Then i asked if i stayed one more night the rate would be the same, he said yes. I was anout.to.hand over cash, jur there were two more people waiting so i asked if i couldndo.it in the morning. In the morning, they raised the rate by $25, and were upset that i was late checknng out as i didnt think id need to.

Roaches everywhere , no AC , it was hotter inside than outside I asked for a refund and was refused , no parking , roaches in the bed, no clean linen , room was filthy, bathroom was worse , fridge didn’t work , roaches in the fridge, ants in the corner. Towels had hair on them. I took pics. I have videos I stayed outside. Office was dark and closed after hours.
