I felt like I was in a Hollywood "B" movie- without the gangsters! The thermostat was broken, the furnishins we probably bought at a junk yard. The bed gelt like there was a dead body in the mattress. There were overloading electrical burns on the o ly outlet which they had an extension cord for TV and refrigerator. The microwave, well there is one in lobby but not room as stated. Then the horrible parkin. Al.ost impossible and the back area is occupied by there work vans, 6 of them If i could rate it lower i would. I asked the guy if he would sell it all for 20k because it needs at least $500-800k to renovate. Do not stay at the Roxy, you might wake up eith bed bugs or worse. Gaucets not even secured. Other liquids and stains, blood, boogers on the wall. Just horrible, i also am going to try to reverse the charges. They shod be offering free rooms for labor or payimg people who stay there.
