Overall, the hotel was very nice, very clean. My only complaint is, as huge as the hotel is, there is only one small microwave and one laundry room for guests to use. I understand why there are no microwaves in the rooms however, there should be one on every other floor as well as a laundry room.

The experience at this Marriott is rather disappointing. I arrived at 1:30 PM, and I was offered early check in at a fee, which I kindly declined. The regular check-in time is 2PM. The carpet in the room is way overdue for an update, which leads me to ask for a pair of slippers. After asking front desk people, a room cleaning staff, three attempts to call room service, I couldn’t get anyone to help and I finally gave up on the Idea. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours, which is a plus.

Stuff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean but the mattress is very old and almost cannot hold itself. The toilet tissue is horrible, way too thin. They have a beautiful pool and we went three times in four days.

Such a beautiful hotel I spent 5 days 4 nights and loved everything about it . My favorite was the jacuzzi! Although I didn’t have the perfect view (wall) outside it was nice and I would go there again.
