Staff was extremely friendly, hotel was exceptionally clean. Housekeeper Ester was exceptionally friendly and helpful. First time in Cabo, loved the experience. Will definitely be returning.

My sister and I had a great time staying here. It was my sister’s first all inclusive. The staff were all so friendly and provided amazing service. I love that there’s a little shopping center across the street. And we felt so safe staying there.

Staff is very kind, food is great they rotate the menu ,one day you have international other Italian etc.. facilities are ok nothing super fancy but it's ok, drinks menu is great also ,lots of variety of cocktails.

I loved everything. Staff warm smiles and exceptional service is remarquable. The food and drinks were delicious all the time. Beautiful place and gardens. The only down side was not being able to swim in the beach of the hotel. However there are near by public beaches like El Chileno o El Medano that are beautiful.
