I understand this was one of the first properties developed in Solmar Beach. Yes, the room interiors are a little dated, but all the more charming for it! Everything works, everything is clean and the amenities are full service. The staff are accommodating, courteous and efficient. And the location is amazing: right on the sand and an easy walk to the hustle and bustle of central Cabo. Easily a 4 star resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Solmar. We purchased the breakfast only package and really enjoyed starting our day at restaurant with ocean view. I was surprised that our room came with two bathrooms which was nice for my daughter staying in living room area.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Solmar Resort and we look forward to returning! The ocean view was beautiful, the resort was immaculately clean and the staff were all very friendly and attentive! We had a fantastic week at Solmar! The pool with the swim up bar was so fun, served great food and drinks and was centrally located to the beach and restaurant. Louis (server) and Eric (bartender) went above and beyond and took great care of us at the pool. The bartender in the grill restaurant was fantastic too! Food was excellent at grill and in the restaurant.
