“we found ant infestation in the bathroom first night. we were given another room and no one to help move our luggage. this hotel should not be considered a 4 star”

“Me sorprende que el hotel tenga 4 estrellas, no está a la altura de lo que se puede esperar. La limpieza es mejorable y el baño es anticuado. Tuvimos que solicitar que instalaran un monomando en la ducha ya que no tenía y el técnico de mantenimiento entró en la habitación sin nuestro permiso y nos llevamos un buen susto. Solo hay 3 ascensores, son lentos y 2 de ellos muy estrechos. Insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. No hay ningún control en la zona de las piscinas y algunas personas……
