"The house it is nice, a little small but cozy. My only down will be the need of an AC in the living room . The location it is a little noisy, but understandable. Victor ( The property manager) told me that they may consider installing solar panels, to help out with the power outage.Other than that , we enjoy the property and the swimming pool"

"The property is stunningly beautiful and large and very private. There is a home next door but you can’t see it and I never heard or saw the neighbors. Beautiful sunsets over the mtns and sunrises over the ocean(when the weather cooperates) Ralph bends over backwards to assure your needs are met. We had an item or two needed to be addressed and Ralph was always on top of things.
