“Great, well equipped, welcoming villa.
Spacious outdoors which is great as this is where we spend most of family time. Pool is great for the kids (and adults), bbq is nice, kitchen overall well equipped.
Rooms are great as well; not huge but just spacious plenty as we spend most of our time out of it.
Super responsive staff whenever we had a question or issue.
The two drawbacks (for us) to be aware of;
- this is not super close to town and you will need motorized vehicle to go to Las……

“The Villa area is ideal with restaurants within walking distance although the villa Chef service was amazing.Very welcoming, check-in and check-out was simple and worry free. The Villa itself was spacious with great common areas and fantastic dinning area for 14 people. The 3 pool side accommodations were amazing.The Master Bedroom was "over the top" with a huge living room which was never used. The 2nd bedroom was clean with multiple beds. The 3rd bedroom with twin beds was clean but best……

“Great house with well appointed and large bedrooms. Everything was clean and in good condition. We had an issue with hot water that they fixed quickly. Staff was great - Cooke breakfast for us every morning. Walk to the beach is easy. It’s the neighborhood beach (Ballenas) which is more local as opposed to more touristy Bonita. Bonita is a 20 minute drive even though it looks super close on the map. Would stay here again!”

“pool and view excellent but we couldn't use one of the rooms because there was a bad smell coming from it, no hot water and air conditioning need to be service, very dangerous going up the hill when dark because there's no lights on the way.”
