“My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this area. This property was a pleasure to stay in and well located for our visit. We explored from Tellico Village to the Smokey Mountains National Park to Knoxville, including the campus of the University of Tennesse. This was a great vacation for us.”

The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. “This was an absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! We enjoyed the wonderful views, the nicely landscaped and manicured yard, the covered patio, the hot tub and the fishing. The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. It was so spacious that it made cooking easy, which meant I didn’t need to spend extra money eating out all the time. There were also a number of grocery stores……
