Didn't keep towels at the pool area

The pool was closed and not many other things at hotel. However easy walking to everywhere in Gatlinburg! Location was perfect!

Yes I would stay here again. The condo we had was very nice and clean except for the balcony. It needed a good cleaning but we sat out on it a lot. The elevators also needed a good scrubbing. Great location we loved that the trolley stopped right in front of the resort. The front desk girl was a little mean when I complained about the check in address being wrong so therefore we had to get back in the car and look for the right place down the street. We saw many bears around the resort which was cool. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, the room was very clean, the mattress in the hide-a-bed was horrible, my grandson slept ok on it but nobody over the age of 4 would be able to. The mattress on the king bed was super hard, my husband loved it but I hated it, I was in pain every night. The water park area could have been cleaner and they shut the pool down because of the water quality. I feel like it could have been addressed earlier in the morning so that wouldn't have happened. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again with our grandson and recommend it to others that have children. We wouldn't stay there if it was just the two of us. It is definitely a family friendly place. I do wish they had a restaurant on the premises, that would be great. Then you would never have to leave if you didn't want to and if you didn't want to cook. We did order pizza for delivery and there are a few good places to eat near by.
