The carpeting was torn near the wall. There looked to be a gap in the brick wall near the window. Men were working on a new deck (2nd floor) with impact drill drivers before 7am. There was no staff, upon arrival our paperwork was sitting on the desk along with two others, not sealed with room number, name and code to……

“The bed was very nice, parking was conveniently close by, the room was spacious & clean, there was a nice little desk & chair, the hvac unit worked perfectly & was easy to use, & I was very glad to see a Gideon Bible in the nightstand ; but there were ants at the sink, there was no light directly over the sink, & the bathroom door was splintered at the bottom; the walls were thin & I could hear the guests in the next room; & the light beside the desk was not bright enough.”

“We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. On the one side of the porch was some kind of pet house with heat lamps in front of it, possibly for feral cats? On the other side of the porch were 3 chairs,……
