“The bed was very comfortable.The room was nice and cold like I like. The managers were amazing. I forgot to tell them no maid service. When we got back to the room, it had fresh towels. I'm not very trusting of hotel personnel because of past theft. So normally I do not want maid service. However, bottom line, it was a comfortable stay. I loved hearing the train. The only con is there was a broke down pickup truck in front of our room. :(”

“The property needs to be better maintained. Everything feels old and dirty. The carpets in the rooms feel sticky they are so old. Not enough towels in the rooms either. (2 bath towels in a room meant to sleep 4). Also don’t like microfiber bed sheets, you sweat in them as they are not breathable. Need to go back to cotton sheets. Also our AC stopped working when we went to bed then had to call to get it fixed. So inconvenient. Breakfast is okay, but the seating area needs a renovation too.……

“The check-in process was extremely easy. The atmosphere was wonderful, clean rooms, we loved everything about the hotel!”

“Room was poorly maintained, bathroom roof barely swung and squeaked badly. Flooring was coming up from water intrusion underneath it at the outer door entrance. Otherwise the room and bedding was clean, and staff was helpful.”
