Rooms were very old, dirty, and overall run down. The sink didn’t drain, the toilet seat was loose, and the pool was under construction.

Checked in and went to room. Found room dirty. Bed was made but they had not changed the sheets. Told housekeeping and they said that it had been cleaned. After a couple of minutes they decided to come and clean the room and change the sheets.

I want to thank the lady at the desk so much. Our phones were not working properly and maps was having issues. My husband asked her about getting to the Smokey Mts. and she printed the directions out. It was a life saver! Thanks

Nice bed. Had a TV remote we had to manually type in channel numbers. It it difficult to change channels. Overall room was good. Bath had mold around shower that was unsightly.

This "hotel" was very run-down, with external and room doors with broken locks, water leaks through the ceilings, and cockroaches in the bathrooms. There were no functioning ice or vending machines, and the "breakfast" was minimal. I would not stay here again, even if it does remain open.
