Never again. No tv remote. Desk gave me one. Said if didn't work we show you how to program it. Didn't work. Ac was warm at best. Stayed extra day so kids could swim. Red flagged by health department. Closed till further notice. Free breakfast was cereal and coffee completely waste of money.

Reason that I cancelled a previous reservation was because they didn't have a pool so I booked thru you upon check in was told your pool was not up and running.very disappointed kids not happy at all.

The pool was closed by the health department which we didn’t know until we got to the pool and there was a sign. The staff working wasn’t helping or even aware until I brought it to his attention. The room was not clean. There was hard pieces of noodle and a toe nail on the floor.

Front desk agent was helpful and kind. Hotel looked a bit run down, kitchen dining area was very small. Pool was outdoors so only useful in the summer, not in beginning of May when we went. Seems to be not the best location geographically for an outdoor pool. Our room was right next door to the pool area so we could not keep our curtains open as there would be no privacy because of the smokers right outside the window. Bathroom was very small, almost claustrophobic feeling. More like a half bath that had a small circular shower. Sink was outside of bathroom part of regular room. Small room despite being king sized. Walls were not soundproof. You could hear everything going on in the rooms next door or outside your own door. Door was jiggly and didn’t feel securely locked. The only positive was that it was clean, friendly staff, and the location was perfect for where our event was and close to some sightseeing places we planned to go to.
