NOTE: This is a listing for TWO units on the same floor. Each unit has 2BR/2BA.

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also paid laundry machines in the building for a fee but we provide detergent in your unit.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

We enjoyed our stay in Louisville. The unit was close to the downtown area and we walked to most of the venue's. The unit had everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy. The comments are meant to be helpful. The unloading area was parked full when we arrived. We squeezed in under the shelter to unload as it was raining and were told that wasn't safe as emergency vehicle's wouldnt have access. We were gone in less than 2 minutes. The cars parked there had been there a long time as the area ubder them was dry. Parking is close, but $5 / day. The sign at the lot states parking expires at midnight. Not a time i want to feed the meter. There were some homeless people in the area. Anorher reason i didnt want to feed the meter at midnight. Again, we enjoyed our trip to Louisville and the unit met all our needs.
