Quiet, central property. Fairly priced rooms, but I have never been to a hotel where there was a fee for on-site parking. Rooms were clean but clearly in need of some renos and updating: shampoo dispensers detached from wall with a large glob of caulking where it had once been, shower curtain torn, tub surfacing worn down and in need of deep clean etc. We were surprised that a queen room was so tight, did not have a mini fridge (feels sort of standard in 2024) and that there were only two pillows, with no extras in the wardrobe. Check in staff were courteous; check out was quick enough that there is no comment to be made on service level. Overall, not a bad experience for a short stay, but guests planning a longer visit want to ensure some convenience and comfort features are included in their room listing.

The general manager Mildre Gonzalez was the epitome of wonderful and generous customer service. Not only is she just a lovely person but I had misplaced my purse/phone and she helped me out by ordering me a Lyft to get to my husband who had just had surgery nearby-(ordered it on her own account!) I ended up coming back to the hotel which wasn't too far away, and found my purse but just was astounded by her level of caring, generosity and help. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Quick check in, even though the stay was only a few hours long we had to call to have them bring us the clothes for the sofa bed, they brought them quickly, we tried to turn on the TV and it didn't work, the person who came tried but it didn't work either, he gave us the alternative to change it but we really didn't want to because we just wanted to rest. Just one criticism, if the reservation is for 3 people, the room must be prepared for that and of course check the equipment that is in use.

To start the staff we dealt with checking in at night was awesome. We had an issue opening our door to one of the suites and a gentleman helped us open the door and get all of our stuff into the room. The down side everything is charged. 5 dollars a night for parking paid breakfast and compared to other hotels prices on the rooms were inflated. The pool was being worked on so we didnt get to experoence that. While our rooms were clean there was a strong smell of weed in the hallway and the room as well as a stem on the floor next to our couch. We stay through memorial day and i asked an employee if their flags should be at half mast for the holiday and he stated he didnt know it wasnt his job. Amd if you want two drinks from the hotel store be prepared to spend around 8 bucks. All in all it wasnt a bad stay and we did enjoy the stay overall. However there were a lot of small things that could have been easily fixed with commonsense such as clean the grounds around the building.

It was easy access to highway and town. Beautifully landscaped, clean and quiet. I'd never stayed there before, but it is definitely a place I would stay in again, and recommend to travelers.

Elevator was out. Not the worst situation since we only had one flight of stairs to manage, and the exercise is a good thing. Although, I have to say the step treads in the stairwells are weirdly shallow.
