Lowell Point State Recreation Site Tours

We stayed in the motel section. Didn't know there was a difference when booked room. Room was clean, bedspread nice. Mini fridge nice to have. Bathtub looked like it had repairs by color difference. Showerhead was tiny and needs updated to better showerhead. Had to hold toilet handle down to make sure it flushed correctly. Pricey but being on coastal area we paid for location. It served it's purpose for decent room. Coastal region made it expensive but less expensive than other coastal hotels in area. Our room did get skipped for cleaning on 1 of the days since they were short staffed with summer workers already gone by early September. I just asked cleaning staff for clean towels and more toiletries. The cleaning guy was apologetic over being short staffed. Wendy at front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I think it was Robyn who checked us out and was also very pleasant. Staff and location made stay worthwhile. If you want no frills this motel serves that purpose

The property was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Management was awesome as was the view. Really enjoyed our stay!
