“Lovely flat in close range to the centre. Very modern and well equipped.”

“The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.”

“We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. There was a buffet of lots of fresh fruit every day, a selection of cereals, and the cooked breakfasts to order were fabulous. We aren't drinkers, so we didn't go into the pub at all. There was a minor plumbing issue one evening, and they did everything possible to rectify it that evening. Unfortunately, the plumber wasn't able to get the part till the next day, but we……

“We stayed in a beautiful room with a fabulous view. It didn’t feel like a hotel, more like your own bedroom at home so nice and homely. Following its recent refurbishment on the whole it’s a lovely job. Would we stay again, yes we would. Beautiful views across the harbour and the other direction to Porthminster from the bar and restaurant. ”

“This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested.……
