Contacted reception and all they said was please contact duty manager in the morning. "

"The food and drinks are excellent especially the breakfasts. Unfortunately the rooms are being refurbished over time and ours was particularly tired with a part of the window structure missing. Overall the hotel is in an ideal place for a stay in Norwich and I would use it again!"
