Small room and not well laid out. Some of electrical outlets didn’t work. Very reasonable price. You get what you pay for!

This is an older hotel. The rooms are clean but housekeeping didn't clean the room daily for a 3 night stay which I found odd for the price you pay. Staff was friendly and lobby was decorated for parents weekend. The bar, lounge and restaurant was amazing. You need reservation if you want to eat in the actual restaurant. Easily can walk to the stadium and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Staff at arrival were very friendly. The room was dirty. Condensation from the AC accumulates right by it. When stepping on the laminate next to it, water came through the floor. The bed only had a sheet on it. We finally found a blanket in a drawer. The towels were multiple shades of white, and did not look clean. We went to the store and bought our own towels. The handles to open the curtains were laying on the AC. The lock for the door was broken off and on the bathroom counter. The bathroom door knob was incredibly hard to turn and my wife almost had to knock on the door for me to let her out. We did not want to walk on the floor in socks or barefoot, so we went and bought some house shoes. The freezer portion of the mini-fridgenwas broken off, but i guess we still had use of a cool place for our drinks. The rotating plate for the microwave was not there. We will never stay at Lubbock Regency Inn again.
