Be advised-NO ELEVATOR! So climbing stairs with luggage was not good for us. But the hotel was full, so we struggled.
The filthiness and condition of the property was completely unacceptable!
Rooms: Floors were not properly vacuumed. Are the sheets really clean? Is the bathroom really sanitized?
Condition of the Rooms: This was completely unacceptable! The light above the sink in the dressing area, there is a power cord running down from the light to a plug, so it has to be UNPLUGGED! Is that even safe? The dresser/TV stand was in bad shape-broken! And there was not sufficient plugs to plug in the TV, cable box, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator…no power strip. Ceiling and walls were in disrepair in all our rooms and over the entire property! The ceiling above the shower is in one of our rooms was horrible! I could not tell if the black stains were mold or not! In another room, bathroom lights were out and a bulb missing. Towel bar missing. And the tile in the shower in total disrepair.
The TV/Cable in all rooms was worthless. Unable to access Direct TV or any cable channels on any TV and remotes did not work.
Property condition is very bad and there is a complete lack of safety! The door lock at the end of the building is broken. This allows anyone to enter the property at anytime. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Broken glass on another entry door.
Breakfast. Fair not bad but no non-sugar sweeteners available.
And the ice machine was broken!
