I’ve been to different Comfort Inn’s this past month but this one is the worst so far. The room smells musty and the carpet is old and dingy. The shower is the one that bothers me the most, the flow is beyond slow that took forever to rinse off the shampoo off my short hair. Breakfast is average, powdered eggs, sausage is ok but another worst is their coffee. You cannot blame it to the water in Lubbock bc the coffee I had in different places was good. Toilet paper quality is poor. I won’t be coming back to this hotel and I’m having second thought if I’m going to stay in another Comfort Inn. I understand that these places are franchises but this one ruined the reputation of this chain hotel for me.
