“Hôtel idéalement situé à Lucca. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très serviable. La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique. Je recommande donc vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec plaisir.”

“I travelled to Palazzo Tucci with my family of 4, which includes 2 preteen children. We really enjoyed our large room and the beautiful eating area which had original frescoes from the 1700s. The villa is located very conveniently to the city center of Luca. There were not many other travelers. I believe they’re only four or six other rooms so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. “The apartment is newly remodeled and in good condition. The bed is comfortable and the location was also very good. The low rating os 100% due to the poor communication. We received a message via Expedia asking us to check in online - with no link. They provided a WhatsApp number, which we texted and received no reply. We called and they helped us over the phone, but zero communication via WhatsApp, email it Expedia. Finally they emailed the check in info and when we arrived the front door……

“This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.”
