“Our stay started off poorly, as the host had us checking in a day late, when clearly the reservation was correct. Then, he would not respond to my messages or to VRBO when they called him repeatedly. We had to wait at the airport for an hour while VRBO attempted to contact him. Finally, they were able to reach him and we received our check in information. Upon arrival, the unit was not very clean as there was long brown hair in both showers. The beds were super firm. The heating system worked well which was helpful since the single pane windows didn’t provide much insulation especially the one that was partially sealed with paper towels. “The host was great - responded very quickly to questions both before and during our stay! It was below zero outside the whole weekend, and the heat worked well, no issues! Very cozy condo. Also, great wireless and hot water/water pressure. Both bathrooms were especially nice. I recommend backpacks or shoulder bags for carrying luggage up the back spiral stairs from your car (nice to have a parking spot). Also, note the back stairs are to the right of the parking spot when facing the building.……
