Casa Malva was an absolutely amazing property! The breathtaking views, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional staff made our stay truly memorable. From management to every single person we interacted with, everyone was incredibly attentive, genuine, welcoming, and professional. The level of care and customer service was outstanding, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Casa Malva team for such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to return!

Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay at Terasu. The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind. Things worth flagging is that if you have a room close to front of the hotel it will be very loud because of the street close by. Nonetheless breakfast was great and varied. Views from the hotel were also gorgeous. And the facilities were great - we made use of the sauna and hot tub too.

Upon arrival it was raining and the staff came out with umbrellas. They brought our luggage to the room while we checked in. The food was amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved the ability to book the sauna and jacuzzi privately. However, the road into the property is very rustic. And WiFi is patchy. Even with these two areas of improvement we would stay again!

This place is a gem, beautiful property, great hike, good food, friendly staff. Only downside is an insane policy that you aren't allowed to use the hot tub. You need to book it 2 hours in advance and it costs approx $15CAD per person. As a result it sits there unused in this amazing location or would be such a massive asset of the ownership didn't ruin it by having it be the only per per use hot tub in Colombia. Honestly even with this it's probably worth it. If they fixed that issue this would be one of the nicest places I stayed on my whole trip.
