The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. "This is an amazing place to stay. It is old and while it has everything one requires is not an upscale, modern facility, which is what makes it the treasure that it is. It is full of antiques, old photos and paintings and information about its own history. The player piano serenades for two minutes every hour on the hour throughout the day. The complimentary breakfast was good and staff friendly. It is easy to access and has onsite parking. We enjoyed our two night there."
