"We stayed in Room 4115 for one night. The room itself was clean, and we appreciated that. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest concern was the air conditioning. Even on full blast, it only felt like a regular fan and did not cool the room. We informed the front desk, and a staff member came to reset the unit, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, it did not improve. Since it was a hot summer evening, the room remained warm, and the air conditioner was very noisy...

"The location is good but we had problems with the water pressure in the shower and the water temperature randomly spiking super hot then back to ice cold in a matter of five seconds. As someone who is not familiar with the area it was very noisy. Cars revving their engines loudly and slamming on their horns over and over again at 4 in the morning made it very hard to sleep. Also, there’s a lot of homeless drug addicts in area, but they only seem to come out at night."
