We were made welcome and looked after all the way from check-in to check-out. All staff were hospitable and polite, all questions answered. Breakfast service was great as well as room and concierge services. Hotel was clean, room was great and room service was very good.

I stayed here for a week in September 2025. The hotel is not yet fully complete, and there were numerous issues. They were working on the outside facade at night, which was noisy. My bathroom flooded, so I had to change rooms. The lifts announced the wrong floor when you got to them. Even though it is not yet fully completed, I doubt I would stay here again when it is complete.

The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock if you can please we have to take my stuff something like that she said no it’s not legal so I told him I was in Azdan Hotel I spoke with them like what I spoke with you guys they said okay there’s no problem. Take one hour more after 1 o’clock so that make me so mad. Make me. I don’t know what should I say

Sadly we only spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic. Raffles is famous for having only suite options and here in Doha they were exactly that. Great, location, great staff, and over the top facilities.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best ive stayed at. Id say the highlight was the service from all the staff. They go out of their way to help in every way. The breakfast options were limited and i felt the treatments at the spa were too expensive.
