“Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.”

Although you are not allowed to eat in the rooms, the breakfast room is available for use all day and evening. We used our own picnic set. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. “Overall we had a great stay at the Ship Inn . Staff were lovely especially the male member of staff who served us in the restaurant with drinks and food .
