“I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place ”

No information on which room we had booked.No key in key safe.We only gained access due to a helpful fellow resident, who let us in and helped us find a free room.Room poorly maintained with curtains held up by string and blinds broken.Altogether very poor”

“Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. ”

“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”
