“I was checked into a disability room, which although OK is designed for wheelchair users. The sink was low and had no plug in it, so shaving was hard. The room was hot, and although there wasa fan, the window opened fully and wasn't safe to leave open overnight due to it being on the ground floor. The radiator front panel was falling off and the room had no desk/table to use for eating or work. Whilst I appreciate this is a budget hotel, simple things like a plug and mending a broken radiator……

“Room was terrible very small could hardly walk round the bed. Shower had lots of Black mould no ventilation, the bed was shocking desperately need a new mattress, very uncomfortable, lots of cobwebs everywhere and because there were no windows you could open was very musty. Will not be recommending this place”
