“Lovely stay breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it ”

“Pub "across the road" is misleading, as it was down the way a fair bit, and the road is extremely busy and fast. The "B&B" is misleading, as there was no breakfast, just tea and biscuits in the room. The tiniest room I've ever seen, but adequate for one thin person. The bathroom sink plumbing had no mixer. The shower water went cold suddenly, but did return to very warm after a short wait. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet. The "7 minute" walk to the airport is easily twice that,……

“The hosts, Louise and Chris, were welcoming, helpful and charming.
Our room was supremely comfortable, stylish with excellent ensuite.
The beds, pillows and bedding really comfortable.
Breakfast was exceptional, good value and delivered to the door at exactly the booked time.
The accommodation situated a short distance outside Central Bath, an easy walk in and on a bus route”

“Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold.
We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!”

“Cosy, comfortable and very clean. Warm and friendly welcome. Large bedroom with everything you need, spotless bathroom. Lovely shared lounge and honesty bar. Superb breakfast with full english cooked to order, plus fruit, cereals, juice. Will be returning. ”
