Loved the breakfast. Large selection of food. Customer service was excellent, very attentive. Every inch was very clean. Enjoyed coffee around the clock and cookies in the evening.

Our business trip was amazing here! Marco ( Food & Beverages Manager) was so courteous and really took care of us gals. All the staff was pleasant.
Only critique is heavier blankets for the winter. Overall, excellent.

The shuttle bus that pick us up from the airport that driver was very nice. But the driver that drop off us the next morning no manners at all very rude

When we first got inside to the hotel room my boyfriend noticed a pet urine smell. It then became increasingly stronger the odor to the point where we couldn’t stay & asked to be put into a different room.

This hotel is my go to when traveling in the JFK area, staff has always friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler, coming in sometimes late at night I feel safe in this area and will continue to use this location for future travel needs.

While the lower lobby and rooms felt a bit dated (which is odd considering this is a relatively new hotel), the location can't be beat. In addition, the staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the $50 resort fee which is supposed to include beach access, lounge chairs and towels. However, the beach is free for anyone after Labor Day and chairs aren't available at the end of September as the beach season is over. So basically $50 resort fee for beach towels?

I normally stay at 4 star hotels so I didn't expect the accommodations to be so nice. My traveling companion and I were very pleasantly surprised, however my relatives who live in the Long Island/Queens area already knew about this little gem and had already suggested it first. The lodge was immaculate, my room was very clean and well decorated.(I prefer floors vs carpeting). Room amenities included coffee/tea/sweetener, coffee pot, fresh linens (towels, soaps) daily.
