"The hallway smelled of weed as well as room smelled like Smoke , room patio door was broken and would not lock , first desk lady didn’t seem to know how to check people in , I had to leave and come back latter for check in , "

"Was skeptical after reading reviews but was VERY IMPRESSED with this resort! Villa, pool, amenities (kids activities like s’mores, slime, diving for diamonds), yoga, waterslides and lazy river and hot tubs were all well kept and much enjoyed by our 7 year old. We would return - don’t let bad reviews fool you."

"The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us. "

"Shower wasn’t good. Hot water not really hot. Shower head needs to be cleaned. Pool area, hot tub didn’t work. Water looked cloudy. Won’t return to this location. "
