“Best property I’ve rented in Cleveland over the last 20 years.”

“Check in was super easy. My only complaints are that the bedding was covered in fur (I have allergies) and the shower was nearly impossible to navigate comfortably. I liked the downstairs unit better when I stayed there.”

“First of all the property is not as described. I would call it embellished, we decided not to stay. So it's hard to comment on what would have happened had we done that. But first impressions well it was a little confusing to get in, then once we got in, the overwhelming smell and smoke of marijuana in the atrium of the building left us a little high. “This was our first VRBO experience. The property was the perfect location. The accommodations were the perfect size, spotless, and suited all our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Eric was very kind and accommodating...even shared the garden with us. We also enjoyed meeting all of the animals (cows, ducks, chickens, Guinea hens, Ferdinand the donkey, and Nix, the family dog, who was the sweetest girl). Communication was excellent. “I have to say the rooms, furnishings & cleanliness were nice ....except 2 hot dogs & a gross pizza box were inside the microwave. Out mission in Cleveland was for our daughters heart procedure at Cleveland Clinic. When we were up at 5am, I went to make coffee and the coffee can was empty. ( the coffee was replaced the night before we left but power outage prevented us from making any). We gathered our belongings & headed to stairs. My daughter could not carry/ lift due to post op orders)……

“Everything was exactly as it was listed. Check-in was a little confusing, as you don't park right at the property, there's a house between the parking lot & the property. And the code was a bit confusing - you have to push the "home" button, then your code ;) . Otherwise, everything was great -- very nice property. Easy walking distance to Cleveland Clinic - we found it easier to walk than it was to park in the parking garage.”

“The place was spacious and conveniently located. I contacted the host about parking upon check in and didn’t hear back until the next day. The email I received said there were cleaning supplies under kitchen sink but there were none. I had to go to the store to buy dishwasher detergent. Also, this was a city apartment so I should have know but I had a cooler bag with a sealed loaf of bread and mice did get into it. Also the bar stools and couch need to be cleaned. They were filthy so much that I……
