“Good stay, everything was clean, space was nice and functional. Did not see any handbook on directions for check out procedures. Also no communication with host, which would have been nice in terms of questions. However the place was great, short stay wasn’t able to use hot tub but that’s a great addition. ”

“They gave me the wrong entry code on two separate doors, then gaslit me claiming i needed to use the app (i downloaded the app and lo the codes were still wrong), the shower was in atrocious condition, the washing machine smelled of mould, they didn't give enough towels, the bed was so old you could feel the springs”

“Very nice property, loved the sunroom, nice shops nearby and park not too far from property.”

“Directions were clear and easy. Parking is covered and at doorway. Location was perfect for us walking distance to Veale Center and CWRU dorms.Layout is a little funky, both bathrooms are down winding hall, but other than that it was great. We will stay there our next trip. ”

“Very cute place. It was clean and neat upon arrival and had everything we needed plus extras—a tray of snacks in the kitchen area. Water pressure was good, beds were comfy. Would stay again!”
