Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my……
“The service desk guy was friendly and accommodating.
The room was nice, beds slept well.
The pool chemical was off or the filter wasn't working properly. but, my grandchildren enjoyed it anyway.
The breakfast was very good. It had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt they dont skip on the items they offer. ”
“The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and has large rooms. It is outdated but it's clear they are working on updating the rooms. There is no continental breakfast (which we knew from staying here on another trip) and the staff lets you know of the on-line error. ”
