“The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Their breakfast had good options and I was surprised when we checked in that they offered a dinner/snack option and you got a complimentary drink from the bar. ”

“Room was clean & staff made the bed bedore we slept in it before the second night.”

“Not to bad of a place to stay. Place does need a small upgrade including USB ports in the rooms. Bathtubs are a cheap plastic in the rooms but overall I would stay there again.”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“For the price you don’t get much. I could stay at a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago for the price and it seemed like a plain 3 star hotel. I didn’t have many options in the area so I guess they are price gouging. ”

“The room was clean, the staff was good, breakfast was great, would have preferred maple syrup but the blueberry was ok. ”

“The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned before use in one room. In the other room we reserved it had a smoke odor that they tried to cover up with disinfectant. The amenities left in the room were used. When we asked the staff to clean the bathroom they said they would- we asked at least 5 times and they said they would but never did.”
