Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful ! King suite was perfect. Big open space, lots of windows, which I wouldn’t want down lower, but we were on the 7th floor. All the amenities we could need. And the included breakfast had a wide variety of options, hot and cold .

The reservations were for the wrong day, I don't know how the mistake happened, but they charged me anyways and weren't very helpful when I called to confirm my reservation and they told me my reservation was for a different day and they charged my account. NEVER USE EXPEDIA or stay here, I have made travel plans for years without any issue until now.
