There were fights on the property, people were loitering outside and inside the lobby. My neighbors from all directions partied all night and morning. AC is molded, bed smells like urine. Just an overall bad stay for me..

For the price the hotel was good. It smelled like cigarette smoke and pets when you walk in, but the rooms were clean and had no smell. Because of the price there are a lot of homeless people staying there, but I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again because the room was clean and comfortable and it was much cheaper than all of the other options in Madison.

Nothing as described, property needs maintenance and repairs all around the place. Room was cleaned once during our week long stay, hallways and entry ways were a mess. Parking lot had trash everywhere. Furniture in room was all in rough shape

This property is horrible! It's vwry unsafe. They homeless people walking and sleeping around the property. Homeless people sleeping in front of the entry doors. I couldn't identify the staff from the people that was just hanging around because the staff sits outside on the parking lot with the homeless. It's so noisy. After 8pm it's like a drug zone. This place shouldn't not even be advertised.

Terriblemente sucio. Olía a marihuana todo el hotel, la habitación tenía las mesas de noche sucias. Y aunque pedí habitación para no fumadores, olía 100% a cigarro y marihuana. La máquina de bebidas no funcionaba.

The questions here are great ones... for pointing out this place's glaring inadequacies. Filthy hallways, torn curtains, a wall in the stairwell with a hole, security door that doesn't latch, etc. Well maintained? The ice machine was in pieces and those pieces were literally scattered around the entrance. Amenities? There were none. No microwave, no fridge, not even one of those cheap coffee makers. One towel for my 4 day stay and no washcloth. The front desk guy was precise and helpful when you could find him.

Based on our experience, I am guessing that this location has been hired by the city to house people who can not afford housing elsewhere. We experience multiple verbal fights amongst the guests. There is arm security guard at the location to assist. Expect to meet multiple people hanging out, smoking their cigarettes or other item at nearly every outside doors. You get what you pay for. Spend a little more so you can not worry and get a good night sleep

Honestly, I did not like anything about the place. The walls were all covered in mold and stains. A cockroach crawled on me and woke me up at 4:50am. The staff I talked to was nonchalant about the issue. This place needs to be condemned. I have reached out to the relevant government agency to look into this issue.

We couldn't find an obvious entrance. The parking lot had many people who looked like they didn't belong at the hotel. We did not get out of the car and drove another hotel and had to pay $$ to get a room for two nights....
