“This place was amazing overall. I would have given it 5 stars, but the customer service from the woman who answered the phone was disappointing. Whenever I called with questions, she was consistently short with me and occasionally came across as sarcastic. It often felt like being polite was an inconvenience. I understand that everyone can have an off day, so if it had only been my experience, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it in a review. However, during my stay, a firefighter who was……

“The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and thoughtful. Obviously the views were stunning, and it is in a great location, surrounded by many activities and local businesses. The rooms were very cozy and clean. Some of the amenities were out of order, but we didn't stay long enough to need to rely on them. The freezer didn't work and the fridge was off and on, but most everything else worked great. And again, the staff are so helpful. I would love to stay here again.”

“Beautiful, quiet location with walking and hiking nearby. We didn't realize how remote this sight was so were unprepared for having no services available after our evening arrival. The office closed soon after arriving, so no access to ice, as did the resort services and store, so no food or drink. Guests should be warned to come prepared.”

“Quiet, peaceful, well maintained. Loved the hiking trails for early morning walks. Pickleball courts, horseshoes, cornhole, swimming pool were all nice!”
