“The outside property was clean and staff was very helpful. The room I had stayed in didn't look like it had been cleaned from the previous guest, and it looked like there was mouse feces in a couple places. But this has been the only room of theirs that I have stayed in where it hasn't been clean. “The room was old and dirty. The towels smelled bad and were covered in hair, and the bed linens were also full of hair. I honestly don’t believe they had been changed. The bathtub was extremely dirty and also had hair all over it. The curtains were old and broken. The whole place felt more like a house of prostitution than a proper accommodation. There were very strange people around, and I definitely felt uncomfortable and unsafe, especially because I was there with my family. I will……
