This property is the perfect location and the rooms are nice, but they feel a little bit like a hostel, which isn’t necessarily bad, just different. Also, there isn’t a sign for the hotel, the store front is a cafe. We got in very late (after midnight) and the rest of our party even later and the reception did take care of us and get us into the room at that time, as advertised. Just be prepared for those things and you’ll have a great stay! Also, the coffee and pastry at the cafe were good (not included but there is a discount).

not worth the money !! , the best thing about this hotel was the staff which basically consisted off one person working an 8 hours shift , whoever was work the front was very helpful , uncomfortable mattress and pillows , room not clean , air conditioner didn't cool the room completely , old and small television , not compatible to watch Netflix and the topper was the roaches , I know I should have started with that , but I wanted to leave the worst for the last , big roches in the room,

I cannot say enough about the location of this place! Walking distance to all the best sights, the opera metro station and plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and mini-marts nearby. Having a coffee shop in the 'lobby' was definitely a plus. Front desk staff was always present and helpful; rooms and areas were cleaned every day. Yes, it is small - bed, shower, toilet, sink, window. But this is Europe after all. I just needed a safe and decent place to rest each night; not a trip for luxury so this place was perfect for my needs. Nights were quiet. I would definitely book again and recommend.

The room and property itself was great. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. No issues there. The thing I had issues with was the service. Apparently the day we checked in was the day they started "renting you a locker" for your bags. Part of the reason why we chose this hotel was to leave our bags there before check in free of charge like all other hotels do. Then the girl at check in said 10 euros more to work on our room so we can check in early. We chose that option. Once we went back downstairs to add this, she spoke to someone else who then changed it to 20 euros, and promised it would take 30 minutes to have our room ready. We were over it by that point and agreed to be charged an extra 20 euros. The room was NOT ready within 30 minutes, more like a little over an hour. I was annoyed. She had other customers there complaining of other reasons. Seems they over promise their guest things and can not deliver. So we kept getting interrupted when she was checking us in by other guests, she was on the phone with her manager trying to solve problems. Whole process took 2 hours from waiting and checking in, I should have just waited there with out paying the extra 20 euros by the time we "checked in" it was basically regular check in time. She ended up giving us the keys without checking us in because she was that backed up, and we had to later return to check it. Horrible and unorganized experience.

Room was clean and well organised for such a small space. The only bad point was the shower head, it was way too big for the small cubicle, so there was nowhere to get your head away from the water flow making seeing and breathing bit difficult. The location was 10/10.
