Chestnut Lodge ~ Elk Viewing ~ New Cabin by Willow Tree Cabins

.Chestnut Lodge is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath cabin with great views and just the right size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat.
All RATES QUOTED are for the 2 BEDROOM option.
The cabin can also be rented as a 3 BEDROOM in the booking process. The additional KING bedroom is $35 per night.

The cabin will sleep 6 if you choose the 3 BEDROOM option.

The cabin has 2 King Size Bedroom Suites. One on main floor and and one on second floor. There is also a loft with a Sofa , Loveseat and an additional TV. Both bedrooms full baths so the cabin will accommodate 4 people. Enjoy the loft for some relaxing time with a book or turn on your favorite game on the 50" flat screen TV. Sneak to the one of the decks to rock your cares away and maybe catch an Elk grazing in the field. Bring your sweetheart or family for a tiny glimpse of paradise....Ahhh the view......

Picturesque setting with unobstructed year round wide open mountain views of the famous WATERROCK KNOB. The cabin has approximately 1808 sq feet of living area, plus it has a large wrap around deck in the front, back, and side. The cabin has rustic charm with an amazing views of Waterrock Knob from all windows. Custom stone fireplace turns on at the touch of a button, large loft and family room, and kitchen with granite counter tops. Relax on the wrap around porch and watch the lightning bugs and the Elk graze in the meadow with the mountains as a backdrop, simply beautiful. Both bedrooms have plush king beds.

To secure your reservation there is a 50% Reservation Deposit by credit or debit card at the time of renting. Your remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. If you rent within 30 days of your stay, the total amount will be charged to your credit/debit card at the time of renting.

This property is privately owned and managed by Camelle Reid owner of WILLOW TREE CABINS and is not managed by a Rental Company. I offer personal service since I own and maintain my Willow Tree Cabins myself. Rest assured you will not be disappointed.

A 60 DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A FULL REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS*** NO CREDITS***Please purchase the CFAR insurance upon booking to insure your trip in the case you need to cancel. A $100 FEE CANCELLATION will apply to ALL Reservations.

The Elk strike again!

Beautiful Cabin Luxury Stay

Such a beautiful cabin and the views were amazing. Could not get enough of the quiet peaceful views of the Elk. Close to everything. The hiking was amazing as well as Waynesville and the Train Ride in Bryson City. I will be back very soon!

Chestnut Lodge is very nice

The cabin is extremely nice with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Camille is a wonderful host, keeps in touch, and answers inquiries very promptly. As advertised we saw elk here every evening.

Love this Cabin.

We really enjoyed Maggie Valley and the cabin. It was absolutely beautiful. Camelle the owner was wonderful. She followed up with us the next day asking if anything was needed which we really appreciated. The cabin included extra toiletries, dish soap, etc. Overall, everything was great. We will definitely be back!

Hello Camelle, May we say, this is the 4th time we've stayed in one of your cabins, the 1st in Maggie Valley. What a pleasure it was for us to stay in Chestnut Lodge. We've come a long way from Ireland (the Emerald Isle), but everytime we come to this part of the United States, Deirdre, Anne and I are blown away. We've had restful evenings under the Southern Skies, such a great part of your country. We now move onto our next leg of our US journey, I.E. Nasville, but Chestnut Lodge and your hospitality will not be forgotten. Be under no illusion, we will be back. Hopefully soon. Thank you again. Best cabin ever!!

This cabin was first class. Very clean and the small details where so nice. Basket full of goodies, welcoming gift and special touches down to the flower design on toilet paper . I will rent again and again.

Amazing Cabin with Beautiful views

The Cabin is amazing! It has great views, easy to get to, super comfortable furniture and most importantly it was very clean! We were there for Minitruck Nations and having great roads and ease to get to the cabin in super important! Host Camelle was fantastic she responds quickly and answers any question you may have! We are already planning our next trip!

We loved this place!

Chestnut Lodge is a beautiful place to stay! The outside is just as charming as the inside. We loved sitting out on the porch looking for the elk and we saw the beautiful creatures throughout the neighborhood! Really enjoyed the rocker gliders. Everything inside was so cozy and very clean and comfortable! One of the very best places we have ever stayed in. We will absolutely be coming back!

Beautiful Cabin and mountain views

Chestnut lodge is a beautiful cabin with everything to make your stay very comfortable . The gliders on the front porch are wonderful for watching the rabbits,birds and elk . Camille is a great host and very easy to reach if needed , this was our second time staying in one of her properties and we definitely will be back ..

Best Mountain Vacation Ever!

This mountain cabin was extremely beautiful, tastefully decorated and a wonderful get-away. All my friends and family who stayed and visited during my stay were very impressed and now they want to come back to that same cabin in the future. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions I had within minutes. I could not have been more pleased with my stay!

The best place that I have ever stayed! Truly it was like home away from home.

Absolutely a very beautiful and sound cabin home in a very nice neighborhood. It was stocked with all the necessary pots pans and dishes along with utensils and paper products. It is like this owner equipped this cabin with everything that they would like to find if they were the guest. I would very much recommend this place and owner as the owner even texted me to make sure everything was a-ok after the first night.

Stunning and beautiful!

Chestnut Lodge was impeccable! From the moment we walked through the front door, we knew we were in for an outstanding weekend! The views from the porch morning, noon and night were awesome! We saw beautiful color! The lodge did not disappoint. Every room was very clean and the decor was fantastic. Camelle was a great host and provided us with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We even got a rare treat to see two elk on our last night! I highly recommend Chestnut Lodge for a great Maggie Valley experience! Thanks Camelle!

Chestnut Lodge was a wonderful place to unwind.

Chestnut Lodge is a place to experience the magnificence of Godā€™s creation. A view like no other that we have seen. Mountains in every direction plus views of elk and other wildlife. Snowfall the first night that we were here. The porches have rockers so this allows for a great outdoor experience. The cabin is equipped with everything needed for your stay. The large windows offer beautiful views from almost every room. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas and was very clean and comfortable. Chestnut is truly a place that you will not want to leave. We actually stayed one extra night. Our host Camelle was spot on with every detail and request.
