Hotel over book, room at the very top level and only one elevator working, roo m out dated and dirty, tv out, parking terrible, staff had no control over the business noise up to 3 am , when choosing stay on website Street view was not this location, false seen, over all horrible experience.

We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.

Our deadbolt wouldn’t lock. The holes didn’t match up for it to lock. The shower head pipe was out from the wall loose and wobbling. Around the shower bottom wasn’t clean good. Elevators were hot.

The pool only had 5 chairs, mostly broken; no shade. Pool water was somewhat cloudy. Breakfast hours are 6-9 in morning. Went down at 8:45 and nothing was left. They were not refilling eggs, biscuits, etc. we were there 2 nights and they would not make the popcorn either night. Rooms, especially the floors, needed a good cleaning.

"Not to bad. Had a bad beer smell on the stairways. But all and all not to bad. Room 206 was upstairs and with all the rooms ac units facing into the hall. Made the rooms hard to keep cool. Wife and I had four of are Grandkids with us and we had plenty of room. Indoor pool was I hit for the kids. ..."
