"Without speaking Japanese, the staff assigned me my room quickly, and replaced a room key I left in the room. The room cleaning was thorough. Everything worked. I would stay at this hotel again. "

"I enjoyed everything about the hotel - from the grandeur, elegance, food and location. Excellent value for money.
Slightly surprised that you need to pay to use the gym but that’s a relatively minor problem. "

"Breakfast buffet was good, getting there early is a long wait. Near Dotonburi was great. Namba walk (underground outlet store in subway) was great to find food. Restaurant's are tourists spots so it can get pricey but overall its a great hotel spot with like 2-3 min walk to train station and 6-7 mins to an elevator to help with luggage and strollers."
