“We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our Holbox trip and it was by far the best location we stayed in. The hotel is brand new, it's nice and quiet, although centrally located with everything is walkable. The room was modern and clean and had a luxury feel.
There were some comments in other reviews that the pool was too cold and more for decoration. We actually really enjoyed coming home to a cold pool after a day at the beach, it was an excellent way to cool off.
