“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

“Ausstattung des Hotels sowie der Zimmer ist super. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz schön, wenn einem nicht die Güterlok durchs Zimmer rauscht. Man sollte wissen dass Rheinblick bedeutet: toller Blick aber sehr laut... Was aber besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Service. Haben 1 Std an der Bar auf Getränke gewartet und waren da nicht die Einzigen. Aber es fing schon an der Rezeption an, wo man uns als Expediakunden quasi abgestempelt hat und vor allen Anderen noch einmal drauf hinweisen……

“When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. “Heizung war kaputt, die Automatik hat permanent auf 15°, also Heizkörper aus, heruntergeregelt. Manuelles Eingreifen ist nicht möglich. Auch nach Reklamation am ersten Morgen hat sich nichts geändert. Die Matratze war dünn und durchgelegen. Von 4 Leuchten waren 2 defekt (zweiter Deckenstrahler, Schreibtischlampe) Das Frühstück ist für den Preis sehr übersichtlich. ”
