“The main reason for my bad review is the staff. I’ve never experienced rude, and offensive staff members who actually use bad language to their customers. I would honestly discourage people from staying here or having a romantic get away: - rooms are basic - shower and sink are in the bedroom - not in the bathroom - electric plug next to bed was broken - I went to their restaurant- which was subpar and they made a huge issue for me finishing up a bottle of water I walked in with. “We were given a tiny room at the top of the hotel which we weren’t happy with but after asking if we could move we were shown two other rooms by Maggie who was very helpful. Our new room was much bigger and brighter although quite old fashioned it was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The location was great, very close to the centre. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“good location, in a amazing heritage building. Apartment is also new and luxury. But there are something not good. There is no any cover for the toilet. It's quite emarassing. And the water boiler is not good. Just around 15 minutes of shower, all hot water is gone and need to wait a few hours. No way to turn off the light of fridge. And the sound isolate is not well.”
