A late check in and much was closed in the area that late except for a delicious restaurant walkable from hotel that the staff recommended. Staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was included and offered hot and cold selections. “Delightful 3☆ hotel in the marvellous village of Brisighella. Daniele and his family made us very welcome. Lovely dual-aspect room with superb views across rooftops to the old clock tower and to the other side of the valley. We enjoyed drinks from the bar and had the best meal of our two weeks in Bologna and Ravenna on the hotel's terrace. There's a sun terrace with amazing views. “预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
