"The evening front desk person did not handle customers correctly. He spoke with someone on the phone for five minutes while someone stood in front of him waiting."

"Check in/out was easy. Room was a good size and very clean; it had a built in white noise speaker next to the bed that was great (for those of us that can’t sleep without it). Room balcony was overlooking the pool area. Pool/bar area were also well maintained. Would stay here again. "
