"We stayed for three nights but there were distinctively strong smell of smoking in two of the midnights and sometimes in the morning. Hotel staff attended to it within 10 minutes of our call. They also confirmed there were trace of smoking smell but could not find the source. We asked for the underground route to metro because it was raining too much during the days of our stay. One of the front desk staff immediately denied the existence of such route. Thankfully, another staff was very helpful. She corrected the answer from her colleague and told us the underground route to metro, which was located right under the department store across the street. Other than these, it was a pretty nice place to stay."
