"The property itself is a historical building, very special and unque, and they do a good job to maintain it.
It is clean even though I stayed in a smoking room but I didn’t smell anything. Great job!"
"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved that they had a 7 Eleven attached to the property, so convenient! The shiatsu body massage in my room was so satisfying. "

"Beautiful hotel with incredible amenities. Convenience located in the center of the city. The Room was huge and bathrooms have all what you are looking for.
Definitely if we come back to Tokyo we are going to stay again in this hotel.

"Outstanding hotel service with great facilities. Breakfast is good quality but a limited quantity and option. I’m used to the plentiful buffet of other Peninsula properties. The a la carte option just isn’t the same. "

"The check in and check out process was easy. The location is extremely convenient close to Shinjuku station, shopping, and dining areas. The room is small but I imagine it is the norm for all most Tokyo hotels. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough variety of food to choose from. Staff is very polite and respectful. Very close to train station and the shuttle from the airport and to the airport very convenient for a very reasonable price. Surprisingly for a family of six the room was spacious. We did miss having a microwave in our room and maybe a newer carpet, other than that we will definitely choose to stay there again."
