“Booked a studio with king bed and pull out couch. They took the money , then said there was no studio available when I showed up. Staff blamed it on the manger who was nowhere around. Do NOT recommend.”

“Love Doubletree. Great staff. This stay was 100% how I expected it to be. My first stay here back in the spring was a bit of a nightmare with a late check in due to work and my room given to someone else. It was chaos - but it was handled. This last trip was perfect. Amenities clean, beds clean and comfortable, and great shower and bathroom. The hotel is a little bit away from KSU but it’s still a great location and not over crowded by downtown traffic. Oh & cookies are always good as well.”

“We had a one night stand Manhattan our door keys didn’t work upon check in. There was food in our room, and the sheets were dirty.”

“The staff was polite and professional; the hotel was clean and appeared well maintained, and the outside surrounding area was respectable. My only issue with my stay was that when you turned the AC unit to high, it made a loud squeak, so we had to keep it on low.”
